PAV BHAJI WITH MASALA PAV

Ingredients Boiled Potatoes 3-4 

Chopped carrot 1 cup 

Chopped Capsicum 1 cup 

Grated cauliflour 1 cup 

Boiled & crushed Peas 1 cup 

Chopped spring onion 1 cup(optional) 

Chopped Cabbage 1 cup 

Chopped Coriander leaves 1 cup 

Chopped Onions 11/2 cups 

Chopped Tomatoes 2 cups 

Chopped Ginger 1/4 cup 

Chopped Green chili 1 tbsp 


Masala:

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 

Lemon juice 2 tbsp 

Garam masala 1/2 tsp 

Red chili 2 tsp 

Butter 100 gms
